I am not sure right off, but only three things are required for an internal combustion engine. air, fuel, and ignition. If you have ignition to all the cylinders, and you are getting fuel, then I would first check that the injectors aren't restricted. Not enough fuel equals no boom. If the injector pressure is good, and the fuel misting instead of streaming, then the only other thing I could think of would be stuck intake valves, or bent push rods. Hopefully it is something easier that I have overlooked?
